Enroll to receive SMS text messages from CaseSherpa on behalf of your healthcare provider — appointment reminders, telehealth visit links, screening surveys, and care-coordination updates related to your enrollment in a CaseSherpa-supported care program.
SMS consent is always optional. Consent is not required to receive healthcare services from your provider.
If you enroll, CaseSherpa may send you SMS messages of the following types on behalf of your healthcare provider:
Most patients receive between 2 and 8 messages per month while actively enrolled in a care program. Frequency varies by program and stage of care.
Standard message and data rates from your wireless carrier may apply. CaseSherpa does not charge a separate fee for SMS messages, but your carrier may. Contact your wireless carrier for the specifics of your plan.
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any SMS message from CaseSherpa. You will receive a one-time confirmation that you have been unsubscribed. After opting out, you will not receive further SMS messages from CaseSherpa unless you opt back in by replying START or by re-enrolling on this page.
Reply HELP to any SMS message at any time to receive contact information for your care team.
The CaseSherpa SMS service is compatible with all major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, U.S. Cellular, and most regional carriers. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
